Winton Landscape Photography Workshop

Multi day landscape photography workshop around the outback Queensland town of Winton.

Come and experience the amazing outback landscapes and dark night skies. I have spent many hours shooting around Winton so know a lot of good locations. Workshop will include photography tuition, location/shot planning and some meals depending on the location each day.

Max 4 people per workshop.

Plan your own accommodation. Options include camping, tourist parks, pubs or there are also AirBnB’s in Winton. The key here is to book ahead as travel in Outback Queensland has been very popular and many places book out well in advance.

Friday

Arrive in Winton mid afternoon and check-in to accommodation.

Sunset shoot, dinner then local astrophotography.

Saturday

Sunrise shoot then landscapes and wildlife in Bladensburg National Park.

Late breakfast then a few hours in accommodation sorting/editing photos over lunch.

Afternoon landscapes and sunset around the Winton area.

Pub dinner in Winton then back out for evening astrophotography.

Sunday

Early rise for travel to landscapes west of Winton. Sunrise along the way.

Landscapes, wildlife and astrophotography around Middleton in Western Qld.

Lunch and dinner at Middleton Hotel.

Late drive back to Winton.

Monday

Sunrise shoot then breakfast.

Check-out of accommodation and travel home.
